Sharing New Searches Just Got Easier

The ability to save and share a new search instantly is fundamental to your work in Flexmls. That’s why on July 11th, Flexmls is updating the experience to make it consistent and easier to use on Flexmls Pro for Android/Mobile Web.  Soon you'll have clearly defined steps for saving and sharing a search. Plus, you will be able to click on a new More button that generates a link and allow you to share the search from the available apps on your device.

When Will It Change
These updates will be available on July 11, 2019.

More Features Coming with MMT's SearchNet in Flexmls

We are excited to announce a new upgrade that will soon be available to our members. On July 15th, RealtyWEB MLS members will be receiving MMT's Full SearchNet Property Tax platform for Free!  With the upgrade, you will have MORE searching options and criteria.

Effective Soon, SavvyCard Will No Longer Be Provided by RealtyWEB MLS

RealtyWEB MLS offers several mobile applications including Flexmls, Showingtime, and Homesnap, all three of which integrate with ShowingAssist appointment scheduling.

Effective on or about August 20th, SavvyCard will no longer be provided by RealtyWEB MLS. There are, however, options for you to keep your SavvyCard account active through individual or brokerage wide purchase at a reasonable annual cost. The broker version includes additional lead generation tools.
RealtyWEB MLS will work with SavvyCard to ensure a smooth transition.

Reminder - Homesnap Training is Coming for NEFMLS Members

On June 24th and 25th there will be live, in-person trainings for NEFMLS members where Agent Trainer Ronice Jackson, a real estate agent in Florida herself, will demonstrate tips, tricks and best practices to master the Homesnap Pro app. You'll learn all about searching for properties, connecting with clients, generating rapid CMA reports, leveraging the agent safety timer, walking property lines and so much more. We would love you to join us! Ronice will leave time for questions before and/or after she demos the app so that you can ask any and all questions, and Homesnap staff will be on-hand to troubleshoot any issues you are experiencing with the app.

There will also be advanced level Homesnap trainings and trainings on maximizing your business with Homesnap that you can attend in addition to the basic Homesnap trainings offered.

New Standardized Login Process Coming on 7/9/19 to All Flexmls Platforms

The process to login to Flexmls is being standardized across all platforms. Soon, you will have a consistent login experience, no matter what device you're using.

This change will affect the following platforms:

·     Flexmls Web

·     Flexmls Mobile Web
·     Flexmls Pro iOS and Android apps

When Will It Change

These updates will be available on July 9, 2019.

Who Will Be Affected

All users who log in to these platforms will see the changes.

What Will Change

Currently, when you log in, you enter your username and password on a single page.

With this change, you will enter your username, click Next, then enter your password and click Log In.

Why Are We Making These Changes

Separating the entry of user names and passwords enables Flexmls to support more options for single sign-on, which improves security. This change is also part of a larger effort to create a more consistent Flexmls experience across pages and devices.

DOM changes in Flexmls

Please note, effective June 20th, the reset for CDOM has changed from 45 days off-market to 30 days.  Off-market means Expired or Sold status. 

Likewise, while a listing is in Withdrawn status, DOM will not be calculated until the status changes. This has not yet been implemented but will be shortly.

RealtyWEB MLS Signs Data Share Agreement with Space Coast

Mutual Reciprocity of Supra Lockbox Key Access Included for Members

Jacksonville and Palm Shores, FL, June 12, 2019 – The Northeast Florida MLS, Inc. operating as RealtyWEB MLS and the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® have signed a Multiple Listing Service data share agreement. This agreement will allow listing data to be shared directly between the MLSs, providing real estate professionals of each organization with access to more than 45,000 active listings as well as comparable and historical information. Both entities use Flexmls® created by FBS, which will provide for a seamless integration. The arrangement also allows for mutual reciprocity regarding Supra lockbox key access.

“Our Mission Statement begins with “Be a service centric and innovative Multiple Listing Service promoting cooperation and professionalism as well as providing accurate, complete and timely data to support collaboration.” This is exactly what RealtyWEB MLS continues to do,” said Kim Knapp RealtyWEB MLS President 2019.

It is exciting to partner with five neighboring MLS’s in northeast, central and coastal Florida who see the value as well as the necessity for cooperation and collaboration amongst our members. By removing invisible walls in the data arena, members can provide more exposure for their sellers, and more options for their buyers,” added Knapp.

Florida Realtor® members utilizing alternate key box systems may purchase individual access to the NEFAR lockbox system."

New redirect links for ListHub

ListHub is making a change to the ListHub consumer experience. 

All publishers in the ListHub network are required to post a redirect link on their listing detail page for every listing. ListHub supports the brokers' ability to choose where this link goes, and while many brokers have already selected to drive this traffic to their brokerage website, the ListHub system defaults to a listing detail page hosted by ListHub for those brokers who have not made a selection.

As of June 20, 2019 ListHub will discontinue the ListHub-hosted listing detail pages and instead will direct consumers to a realtor.com^® listing detail page.

For brokers who have already selected to send traffic to their brokerage site, there will be no change and your settings will remain intact. Broker members who may be impacted by this change will be notified today by ListHub.

A great consumer experience
The realtor.com^® listing detail pages provide consumers with fresh MLS data, updated every 15 minutes in most markets. Plus, the pages are fully optimized for mobile devices and provide an all-around great consumer search experience.

Broker choice
If, as a broker, you do not want your listing traffic redirected to the realtor.com^® landing pages, you have the ability - as always - to request a redirect to your brokerage website at no cost. To set up this option, you can submit a support request in your ListHub account online, or reach out to ListHub's Customer Care Team at 877-560-0171 or customercare@listhub.com. ListHub is able to set up the redirect for the majority of brokerage websites, as long as the site is built with a supported URL structure.
