Legal Name of Subdivision Update

In our ongoing efforts to maintain the integrity of the data in the MLS system and to provide accurate and complete information, we are kicking off phase 1 of a project to clean up the Legal Name of Subdivision table. 

Details: 

• The Legal Name of Subdivision list will be more in line with tax records and more uniform overall.
• The list of Legal Subdivision Names has become confusing due to multiple entries, multiple spellings etc.
• The goal is to have a clean and straight forward list of Legal Name of Subdivisions to make listings and comparables easier to find.
• We are unable to do the entire list at one time so please be patient.  We will be implementing the updated subdivision names in phases and will be sure to keep everyone updated.
• Your listings will automatically be updated.
• Saved Searches will NOT be automatically updated. 
• We will attempt to notify you via email if one of your Saved Searches will be affected so that you can make the necessary change(s). 
• This only applies to Legal Name.

This process will begin on June 4th over the course of a 3 day time frame.  Click here for a list of subdivisions that will be affected.

If you see a subdivision on this list in your or your buyer's market area- BE SURE TO WATCH FOR AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR SAVED SEARCH WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED to match the legal name as it appears in the table.  You will not be able to update your Saved Search until June 8th.
