Changes to Financing Data Field

On Tuesday, May 2nd, you will see a few minor changes to the Sold data field titled Financing which refers to the Type of Financing used when the property is sold.  Below is a list of how the current field appears in the MLS system and how that same option will appear next Tuesday.

Cash to MTG	Assumption
Contract For Deed	Owner Financing
Private Financing Private	Private

Form Simplicity and MLS Advantage CE Classes

Announcing three CE classes from Florida Realtors in one day.  Two classes will focus on best practices for using Form Simplicity and the third course will cover MLS Advantage.

8:30 to 11:30:  Form Simplicity (3CE)
Learn how to create, manage, and store all of the paperwork necessary for a real estate transaction. In addition, students will learn how to auto-populate data from either their local MLS or public records. The Form Simplicity Program will electronically manage transactions for long term storage as well as compliance. 

12:30 to 2:30:  Optimizing Your Workflow with Form Simplicity (2CE) 
This class will cover how to improve your Form Simplicity experience with time saving tips on Creating Transactions from Forms Packages, Importing MLS/Tax Data into Active Transactions, Inserting Clauses, Tasks, E-sign, and Archiving Completed Transactions.

3:00 to 5:00:  MLS Advantage (2CE) Class
MLS Advantage allows participating boards and members to share available MLS listings across the state of Florida.  With a single search, members can find all listings that match your search parameters from participating MLS boards. Property listing information can be auto-populated from MLS Advantage directly into contracts in Form Simplicity. This valuable search tool is available only to members of subscribing associations and MLSs.
