Realtor.com Profile Integrated with Flexmls June 2nd

Claim your powerful new profile in 3 easy steps: 

1. Visit: www.realtor.com/realestateagents/ and search for yourself
2. Once you find your profile, click on "View full profile" 
3. Click on "Claim My Profile," and sign into the Control Panel and update your information

On June 2nd, these very same Realtor.com profiles will be integrated with your contact information on Flexmls.  A new link (View Profile) will be available anytime you search for members.

Default Size of your Personal Photo is Increasing

On May 28, the default size of your personal photo will be increased. The larger image will ensure that your personal photo and logo look crisp and clear when viewed within the customer portal. Please note, this change only affects your personal photo and logo images stored under My Profile; it does not impact the size of listing photos (listing photos can still be up to 15MB and up to 3000x2000 pixels).

For your personal photo and logo, the portrait orientation will now default at 400x500 pixels, and the landscape orientation will default at 520x320 pixels.

To upload or change your personal photo, go to the Preferences menu and select My Profile. Then click Personal Photo and Logo Maintenance.


Add a new photo or logo by clicking on the New button. Or select a current photo and click the Edit button to replace an existing photo.


Select whether the image is a Logo, Photo (of yourself or office, not a listing), or Other and give the photo a name. Then click the Choose File button to add an image from your computer.


There are also resizing options on this page. If Resize is chosen, you may select a preset option from the drop down list. Standard Portrait (400x500) or Standard Landscape (520x320) options are available.


You may also manually change the size of the photo by entering numbers into the width and height boxes or by clicking on the green plus(+) and minus(-) signs.


If you choose No Resize, the photo will remain in the originally uploaded size.

When you are ready, click the Add button and your photo will be saved to your profile.

Upgraded Auto E-mail

On May 18, your Flexmls system will be upgraded to a new auto email system that includes several significant improvements. Watch a highlight video here!

The new auto email system includes the following benefits:

• ASAP mode — Whereas the prior system sent listings on a periodic schedule, the new system has an ASAP option to send listings as soon as possible after a listing is entered or updated.
• News Feed — All updates for each customer will be collected in a News Feed ordered chronologically, much like a Facebook or Twitter feed.
• Photos and summary in email — Emails will now include a photo and summary of each listing in the update to give the customer a preview of the update and improve the chances they’ll click through to see the details.

Introducing myCondoPlans

RealtyWEB.Net is pleased to provide myCondoPlans to all our members.  It is the single most extensive database for condo floor plans, building plans, and site plans available in Florida.

Beginning May 6th, myCondoPlans will be found on the Detail Tab of  Flexmls for all Condominium and Townhouses in Duval, Nassau, St Johns,Clay, Putnam, and Baker counties. myCondoPlans also integrates MLS data as well as public record information so it can be used as a stand alone search tool.  Please keep in mind that this is still a work in progress for not all condos may be loaded and available but enough to move forward with such a great tool.

myCondoPlans includes:

• Floor Plans
• Floor plans for each specific unit, the location within the building, and potential views.
• Evaluation Module
• The Evaluation Module is a program that instantly evaluates any condo in the system using real time market information and unit attributes.
• Listing Module
• The Listing Module is a program enables you to search for listings, sales and rentals for condos and homes using a combination of search criteria which includes location, price range and property attributes.
• Statistics Module
• The Statistics Module will provide statistical information on buildings including average price per square foot, historical data and graphs, sales inventory and average time between the listing of a property and the closing of a sales contract, and more.
