How To Integrate ShowingTime With Electronic Lock Boxes

When setting up your listings, remember to add lock box access information: serial number, location and alarm details (disarm code). Access information is provided after appointments are confirmed. If using an electronic lock box, adding the serial number to your listing will allow lock box activity to sync directly to your ShowingTime Listing Activity Report, giving you one place to see all listing activity! What Can I Do With The Listing Activity Report?
|
|
The Listing Activity Report is a one-stop shop to remind yourself of everything that has happened during the life cycle of each specific listing. You can click “Send Notification” to send price changes and other updates, or “Add Activity” to add an open house. Choosing "Email Report" will even allow you to schedule this report to auto-email to yourself or anyone you choose on a reoccurring basis. This is a great report for agents and sellers alike!
