As you may recall from earlier data changes that have blready been made, NAR has initiated listing data standards for all MLSs in an effort to make data sharing and product development easier and more cost effective. Due to this initiative, there are just a few minor changes that we will be made to the listing information on Flexmls, effective February 20th:- Common/Club Amenities (for the property types of Residential, Condominiums, Vacant Land, and Rentals)
- Interior & Exterior Pest Control will be merged into a single entry titled Pest Control
- Possible Financing (for all property types)
- Contract for Deed – will be converted into Owner Financing and eliminated
