New Listing Reports

Beginning May 3rd, RealtyWEB.Net MLS  began the process of implementing new listing reports.

Some of you may have already noticed that your Detail report tab has already defaulted to the new reports.

If you are not noticing the new report formats, this means you have manually selected a default report in your Preferences on Flexmls,  Your current selection will remain in effect for now, however, at some point, all defaulted reports will be migrating to the newly formatted reports unless you are using a custom report that you personally built.

Want to use the new reports today?  Here's how:

  • Login to Flexmls
  • Go to Preferences>General Preferences>Choose A Default Listing Report and click on the drop down
  • Select one of the following as your default.  Be sure to select the new report formats that begin with a number:
    • 1 Full Report
    • 2 Full Report No Profile
    • 3 Full with Supplement
    • 4 Brief Report
    • 5 Combo
    • 6 Combo No Profile
    • 7 Quick

You will find the new reports almost identical to the current ones.  A few changes that you may notice:
  • Some of the geographical information such as Region/Area and Legal/Common Name of subdivision have been moved to the top with Address
  • The Information below the photo on some of the property types that contained Schools, New Construction, Homestead, Gated Community, Historic Area, and Mobile/Manufactured House have moved to the right of the photo.
  • If a field has been left blank - it will not appear on the report at all to make the most of your printing space.
Effective May 3rd, any new or updated listing information will no longer appear on the old reports (the reports without numbers in front of them) so we suggest migrating to the newer reports today.
