Days On Market is NOW Days On MLS

Effective today, May 3rd, the field formerly known as Days On Market (DOM) in the MLS system is now calculating Days On MLS.

When adding a listing, the system will no longer prompt you for "Listing Date".  Flexmls will automatically use the date the listing was actually added to Flexmls as the start date or "Date Entered In MLS" to calculate the Days On MLS number.

Listings entered prior to May 3 will continue to reflect the original definition of days on market (Listing Date, as entered, through current date).  This will only impact new listings and comparables as of May 3rd and moving forward.
