Mobile Flexmls - One Click Access to Office Listings August 31

On August 31, Flexmls Mobile Web will provide one-click access to your Office Listings when you're on the More tab. Additionally, when viewing listings in the list view, you will have quick access to actions such as Share, Recommend, and Select.

Office and Company Listings
On the More tab, click the Office Listings link to view your office's listings. A link to Company Listings will also be available if your office is part of a company structure in Flexmls. 



More Icon on the List View
When viewing listings from the list view, a More icon (three dots) will appear next to each listing. Tap the More icon next to a listing and bring up listing actions that will allow you to Share, Recommend, Select, and Hide the listing (and more).

Watch for Your Welcome Email from SavvyCard®

You’ll receive a Welcome Email from SavvyCard® in your inbox shortly, on the day the program launches. This is the email that enables you to activate your account. Keep an eye out for this email and be sure to check your Spam or Trash folders if you do not see it. (If you use Gmail, be sure to check your other folders, like “Promotional” or “Social”).

Adding/Changing a Listing as Coming Soon

To Add a listing as Coming Soon:

1. Be sure you have an executed Listing Agreement and Coming Soon Addendum
2. Complete the General Tab (first tab in Add Listing program)
3. Complete the Address Tab
4. On the Main Fields tab you will see a selection title Status.  The default is Active.  Click the drop down menu to select Coming Soon
5. Enter the correct Start Showing Date (the date the listing will go Active - this date cannot be more than 14 days from entry date but can be made Active any time during that 14 day time frame).
6. Continue with the Add Listing program.
7. Click Add Listing to complete the process and obtain the MLS listing ID.

To Change a Coming Soon listing:

1. Go to the Change Listing module and enter the MLS Listing ID
2. You can change listing information as well as add Photos, Documents, Videos, Virtual Tours, and Open House dates/info
3. The only Status Change option will be to make the listing Active by selecting Start Showing (Active).

Just to review some of the basic rules for Coming Soon Listings:

• Coming Soon is to be used for pre-marketing purposes NOT A POCKET LISTING.
• Must have a fully executed Listing Agreement.
• Must have a signed Coming Soon Addendum.
• Will not exceed 14 days.
• The listing CANNOT BE SHOWN while in a Coming Soon status.
