On Thursday, September 5th, you will see a new "school field" added to all property types (with the exception of Commercial) in Flexmls entitled Intermediate Schools. At this time, Duval County is the only school district we have encountered with Intermediate Schools but of course, this could change. Currently, there are only 3 Intermediate Schools in Duval County ranging from grades 3-5 or 3-6. This new field will not be "required" but will help clarify all of the school options for these areas, where implemented.
