Improved Synching with Flexmls Pro App

Currently, you may notice that there are instances when you set up a subscription for a contact using the Flexmls Pro app, but you do not see the subscription when viewing the contact in Flexmls Web. This will change on October 4 with improved syncing of subscriptions across Flexmls platforms.

On October 4, when you create a subscription for a contact using the Flexmls Pro app, you will see the subscription appear on the contact's Searches/Subscriptions tab in Flexmls Web. From the Searches/Subscriptions tab on the Contact Management screen in Flexmls Web, select the search, then click the Subscription to view and modify the subscription settings. 




Additionally, if your contact uses the client version of the Flexmls app, they can choose to subscribe to searches you provide for them. When a contact subscribes to an agent-provided search, you can see and edit the subscription on the contact's Searches/Subscriptions tab in Flexmls Web. 




If a contact unsubscribes from an agent-provided subscription using the Flexmls Pro app, the search will show as Deactivated when viewing the subscription in Flexmls web. You can reactivate a contact's subscription by clicking the Reactivate icon next to the subscription's name on the contact's Searches/Subscriptions tab in Contact Management.
