NEFMLS CREATES NEW FORM FOR TRANSACTION BROKER EXCLUSIVE BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT

You may recall that in August 2018, NEFMLS created a new form known as Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement.  That form was for single agency.  We have now produced an additional Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement For Transaction Brokerage.  The form is available today and can be downloaded at nef.flexmls.com (Flexmls). Log in and go to Forms/Info>NEW Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement for Transaction Broker. The single agency form allows for the single agent to transition to transaction broker form.

The August version of the Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement which was for single agents now is labeled with those words at the top of the form.   In the bottom right-hand corner the abbreviation for that form is EBRASA-NEFMLS-13.  The date remains the original date of publication of the form, 08/14/2018, with r1 now added to show that it was revised.  The only revision to the single agent version is in the title.
